What are minimum building requirements in Arbor Ridge?

Purchase of the lots
$1,000 deposit is due from buyer at signing of the contract
The deposit is credited at the closing
Closing date is agreed upon at signing of contract (Normal 2-3 months)

How soon do I have to build?
Construction should begin within 18 months of purchasing the lot.
Structure must be completed within one year from the commencement of the foundation.

Easements & Property Lines
Property is not staked at the time of purchase.
Seller provides the surveyors certificate.

SID 513
SID's maintain the infrustructure until annexation.
There are no additional SID costs except for hook up charges to utilities.

Heritage weathered wood color - minimum 30-yr warranty or better

What are the roof requirements?
A 12-8 pitched roof is preferred.
